Hi, I’m Barbara Gisondi, RYT-500 — a yoga teacher, educator, and lifelong student of gentle, accessible movement.

With over 20 years of personal practice and many years of teaching in studio and community settings, I specialize in restorative, beginner-friendly, and nervous-system-supportive yoga.

My classes are designed so you can move, breathe, and feel better — exactly as you are.
